If you’ve ever walked the aisles of a farmers market in mid-spring, you know the excitement when local produce comes into season. It signals warmer weather, grilling, campfires, tailgates and lazy summer days. As lifelong farmers and winemakers, Rick and Mike set out to make a fruit wine that captured that long-awaited time of year. Along the East Coast, strawberries are the first fruit to ripen, so Strawberry was the obvious choice.

Benigna’s Creek Strawberry Wine is made entirely of strawberries. It has no artificial flavoring and no grape wine base, so every glass tastes like strawberries just picked from the patch, any time of year.

- Optional: fresh sliced strawberries, mint & lemon slices for garnish Mix, chill and serve.
